• The vineyard benefits from its location on the south facing chalk slopes of the Hog’s Back.
• The result of a two-year project, we wanted a local English rosé worthy of the Wimbledon name.
• This delicious still rosé wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes hand-picked in late October 2020.
• Subtle blend expresses both complexity and freshness and is dressed in a delicate salmon pink colour with aromas of summer berries and fruitiness on a backbone of crisp acidity.
• Light and dry, a great companion to many dishes or enjoyable on its own.
