We are happy to refund or exchange your recent purchase within 28 days, with receipt or proof of purchase. Please bring you items back to the store purchased in.

Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

Products without original packaging or labels

Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

Our main station is Newbury which is an 8 minute walk to the main store. The local buses for our store stop outside of our Camp Hopson Home store.

Please use RG14 1DS to find us via sat nav. Our car park contains 78 spaces and 4 disabled and charges by the hour from 6am to 6pm and then moves to a flat rate thereafter. Additional parking can be found at Parkway RG14 1AY which is a 1 minute walk to both stores.
