HOW TO USE

Perfect Night's Sleep Magnesium Body Butter: apply daily - morning, noon or night. Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon all over your body. Do some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11, to really enjoy the calming (and 100% natural) scent. 

Perfect Night's Sleep Mist: spritz onto your pyjamas or bed linen as the last step in your nightly routine - just before lights our. Inhale the sleepy scent and practice mindful breathing... in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds. Enjoy a Perfect Night's Sleep.
