The custom moulded wand coats hairs from root-to-tip and the flexible, flake-free formula is easy to apply & quick to dry.

To evenly coat brow hairs from root-to-tip, apply using the side of the custom-moulded wand with long bristles. Use the side with short bristles to sculpt & shape hairs into place. Wear alone or to set other brow products.
