These ganache chocolates (ganache is the name for the smooth mixture of chocolate and cream traditionally found inside a truffle) are made with valrhona single origin chocolates, fresh cream and real fruit purees.Our traditional round truffles are double-coated in chocolate, but the fine layer of chocolate on these delicate square treats, inspired by our proof du choc's award-winning creations, means that the unusual and sophisticated flavours of the ganache inside each chocolate are the stars of this show.
